How To Check Rman Syntax

Today I like post a simple option for rman command, it is checksyntax parameter, I think it works from 11g on forwards. You can validate, without execute it, any rman script in a safe mode. Please look at the next script;

saturn-3> cat probe_bck
connect target /
run {
  backup database tag Full_BCK_Of_Customers;
}
exit;

Here you can see a simple command of backup with a tag. If you execute the next command;

saturn-3>  rman checksyntax @probe_bck

RMAN> connect target *
2> run {
3>   backup database tag Full_BCK_Of_Customers;
4> }
5> exit;
The cmdfile has no syntax errors
