OUI-67294 Warning Applying Patch

Today I was installing a patch (an Oneoff) and at the end of the installation process the following warning message appears;

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The following warnings have occurred during OPatch execution:
1) OUI-67294:
*****************************************************************
The Oracle Configuration Manager had been installed in the
Oracle Home. Prior to contacting Oracle Support, please
refer to http://www.oracle.com/technology/documentation/ocm.html
for answers to your questions.

Please complete the configuration of the Software by
invoking the command:

/app/oracle/database/prod/saprd/ccr/bin/setupCCR

*****************************************************************
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
OPatch Session completed with warnings.

OPatch completed with warnings.

The message is a little disconcerting, except that I’m patching a installation that have not installed Oracle Configuration Manager. Researching at ML/MOS (MetaLink / My Oracle Support) I see there exists a note on this issue indicating that you can ignore the warning message and does not affect the application of the patch.
