Spawner Don’t Work (ORA-27301 and ORA-27302)

We have seen this message into an alert.log for a database. The problem is that it has reached the maximum limit of processes that can be created in the system. The parameter is increase at kernel level and the problem is solved. The spawner in Oracle is responsible for creating new process (in unix executes a fork () system call).
